NEW YORK CITY, NY / ACCESS Newswire / November 6, 2026 / EmpireX, a talent management company for creators, has closed out 2026 with brand partnerships for its talent across major names in consumer electronics, home appliances and personal care. The company, which works with more than 150 creators across lifestyle, travel, family and entertainment, says those deals come from one place: helping creators understand who they are, who they’re speaking to, and which brands genuinely belong in front of that audience.
“Every creator wants brand deals, but the right ones start with knowing your audience,” said co-founder Noah Rothman. “When a creator knows exactly who they’re talking to, the partnerships make sense. They perform better, the audience trusts them, and the brand comes back.”
What EmpireX does
EmpireX works with creators on the full business behind their content, not just the next sponsorship. That includes:
- Brand partnerships, sourced, negotiated and managed for the creator, with brands that fit their audience
- Social media strategy, helping creators sharpen what they stand for, who their content is for and how they position it
- Editing and posting, so creators can spend more time creating and less time managing uploads
- Content monetization, turning a creator’s back catalog into new revenue by distributing it on platforms they aren’t yet active on
- Long-term growth, from building owned brands to growing a community the creator controls directly
The company grew out of social media marketing, and its team can also support talent with design, web and campaign work when a creator’s business calls for it.
Knowing who you’re speaking to
The starting point with every creator is the audience. Most creators know their follower count. Far fewer can describe who those followers are, what they care about and why they keep watching.
“Brands can buy eyeballs anywhere now, through clipping, ads, even AI influencers,” Rothman said. “What they can’t replicate is a creator who knows who they’re creating for and an audience that actually listens. Creators who stand for something are the ones brands want to work with.”
Once that picture is clear, EmpireX shapes the content strategy around it and puts the creator in front of brands whose customers are already in the audience. Often, the company says, brands start reaching out on their own.
Built by people who’ve been on both sides
EmpireX was co-founded by Noah Rothman, 21, a serial entrepreneur who has built his career around helping creators grow and monetize, Matt Welland and Josh Packham.
Welland is a creator himself, with more than 5 million followers.
“I know what it’s like to be the one in front of the camera trying to figure out the business side,” Welland said. “We built EmpireX to be the team I would have wanted around me. People who understand the content first.”
Packham brings more than 25 years of agency experience and has spent his career on the brand side of the table.
“Brands always ask the same question: who am I actually reaching?” Packham said. “When a creator can answer that clearly, the conversation changes completely. That’s what we help our talent do.”
Thinking long term
EmpireX’s goal is to help creators build careers that last beyond any single platform, trend or campaign, by spreading their income across platform revenue, brand partnerships, owned brands and community.
“A brand deal is great,” Rothman said. “But we want our creators still growing five and ten years from now, on their own terms.”
