PEARL, MS, UNITED STATES, September 17, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Fall will be fun and comfortable for all as The Outlets of Mississippi, the state’s largest outlet shopping destination, announces the addition of iconic retailers Spirit Halloween, Toys “R” Us and Clarks. All will join the 343,000-square-foot, open-air center by year-end.

The new leases are part of an ongoing reinvention of the center that has seen other national and regional brands including Ulta, Southern Marsh and more join The Outlets of Mississippi in recent months.

Spirit Halloween is the largest Halloween retailer in North America, creating an immersive, one-stop-shop for all things Halloween, including costumes and accessories for adults, children and infants, as well as exclusive décor and unique animatronics found nowhere else. The store is now open at The Outlets of Mississippi in 7,556 square feet in Suite 510, next to Five Below.

Known and trusted worldwide, Toys “R” Us is loved by children and parents alike for its vast assortment of popular brands from LEGO and Barbie to Hot Wheels, NERF and Paw Patrol in a joyful, easy-to-shop experience. The 4,645-square-foot Toys “R” Us will open in late September in Suite 300, next to the children’s playground and across from The Children’s Place.

Founded in 1825, Clarks has spent more than 200 years redefining shoemaking and creating a global brand focused on comfort and style. Its 3,000-square-foot location at The Outlets of Mississippi will open in Suite 230 next to Nike in the fourth quarter of 2026.
