The rebrand reflects a shift to developer-focused AI automation, with existing accounts, integrations and Tasks carried forward.
TORONTO, ONTARIO, CANADA, September 17, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Aisle Platforms, known as Aisle, has rebranded as qbash, reflecting the platform’s transition from a visual workflow builder to a developer-focused environment for building and running AI automations. The company first announced the new name on August 25, 2026.
“It reflects two years of evolution in our product and our thesis,” wrote Alex Blom in the original rebranding announcement.
The qbash name replaces Aisle for the existing platform. Customers retain their accounts, Tasks, integrations, run history and API endpoints as part of the transition.
qbash allows developers to create automations in Python, with code controlling the process and AI models handling specific steps that require judgment. These automations, called Tasks, can connect business applications, process information and deliver results without requiring developers to assemble the surrounding infrastructure themselves.
The platform provides a managed runtime alongside tools for AI prompts, integrations, files and memory. Developers can test and version their code, review execution logs and resume interrupted work from checkpoints. Model choices can be changed within individual prompts without rewriting the rest of an automation.
Tasks can run on schedules, respond to webhooks or be invoked from supported chat and development tools. This allows teams to use the same underlying automation across different interfaces while maintaining its implementation as code.
The rebrand follows Aisle’s move away from its visual workflow canvas toward Python-based Tasks. It aligns the company’s identity with a product designed for developers building repeatable business processes that combine conventional software logic with AI.
The full background to the name change is available in the official rebranding announcement on the qbash website.
